How to use DigiQ properly

Join one queue per venue

Be present when called

Cancel if plans change

Prohibited Activities

Attempt unauthorized access to systems

Create multiple accounts to manipulate queues

Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers

Transmit viruses or harmful code

Harass or abuse others

Provide false or misleading information

Reverse engineer or decompile the service

Queue Etiquette & No-Shows

Be courteous to others waiting

No-Show Policy

• Be available when your turn arrives
• If you don't respond when called, you may be marked as a no-show
• Repeated no-shows may result in temporary restrictions
• You can cancel your queue entry anytime before being served
• Venues may set their own specific no-show policies

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. DigiQ is a queue management tool. We do not guarantee:

Actual wait times (venue-dependent)

Seating or service availability

Venue compliance with policies

Quality of venue services

Uninterrupted, error-free service

Accuracy of all information

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appseed Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for:

•Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
•Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
•Service interruptions or data loss
•Actions or omissions of third-party venues

Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed ₹1,000 or the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

1. Informal Resolution

Please contact us at support@appseed.in to resolve disputes informally before initiating formal proceedings.

2. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

3. Jurisdiction

Legal proceedings must be brought exclusively in courts of competent jurisdiction in India.

Termination

You Can Stop Anytime

Stop using the service whenever you want. For venue accounts, contact us to close your account.

We May Suspend Access For:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Legal requirements
• Prolonged inactivity
